Sav of the Day

Our Friday Sav of the Day is Gary Busey. This legendary performer has starred in a number of films and TV shows, and steals every scene. A few years ago he was on VH1's Celebrity Rehab, but the whole time he believed he was a host rather than a patient. As you can see from the above video (which I have no idea why Vitamin Water would make), Busey is batshit crazy. However, you can't really blame him because he was in a serious motorcycle accident that gave him brain damage...but he also has claimed to have snorted cocaine off his dog, so you don't know what to make of the Buse.

NFL Picks of the Week

Last Week: 3-8

Detroit @ Buffalo- This is one of the Bills last few chances this season to steal a win...Bills win

Carolina @ Tampa Bay- One of the easier picks this week, the Bucs are coming on strong and Carolina sucks...Bucs win

Minnesota @ Chicago- Lets see if old man Brett still has some magic at Soldier Field...Vikings win

Houston @ Jacksonville-Going with the Texans on this one, Garrard has been inconsistent this year and has anyone seen Jones-Drew?...Texans win

Tennessee @ Miami-So its starting to look like Brandon Marshall isn't all that good along with the rest of the Fins, look for Vince Young to run train on that Miami ass...Titans win

Cincinnati @ Indianapolis-Easy one here, Manning is gonna rape even with his depleted receiving corps...Colts win

NY Jets @ Cleveland-Sanchez is gonna take a Cleveland steamer on Mangini's chest...Jets win

Kansas City @ Denver-This will be close game but the Broncos have the home field advantage...Denver wins

St. Louis @ San Fransisco-A duel between number one overall picks, Bradford is gonna show that he is already years ahead of Alex Smith...Rams with a big win here

Seattle @Arizona-Who gives a shit about this game..I guess the Cards

Dallas @ NY Giants-Nicks and the G-Men are looking real good, and the underachieving Cowboys have a new head coach...Giants win

New England @ Pittsburgh-Probably the best game of the week, after an embarrassing loss to the Browns last week the Pats will look to come out strong until they met James "I'll give a concussion" Harrison...Steelers win at home

Philadelphia @ Washington-Vick is gonna shine on the Monday Night stage...Eagles win

Sav of the Day

Sav of the Day today is none other than OJ Simpson. Not only was he a stud at USC but his success carried into the NFL by becoming the first running back to rush for 2,000 yards in a season and that was with only 14 games. Off the field OJ continued his sav-ness by showing that murder aint got shit on him. Unfortunately OJ is currently in prison on kidnapping charges...we wait for his release.

Sav of the Day

Tuesday, November 9th marks the release date of Kid Cudi's second album, Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager. Cudi has always made unique hip hop throughout his career, and his overall attitude towards life makes him a total sav. Just watch the above video from the song "Cudderisback". We all wish we were Kid Cudi.

T.O. Catches his 150th Touchdown Pass

Terrell Owens joined fellow savage recievers Jerry Rice
and Randy Moss as one of the three recievers with
150 touchdown receptions last nightduring the Bengals
vs. Steelers game. These three legends are the only players in
NFL history to achieve such a monumental feat of athleticism.
Props to you, T.O.

Sav of the Day

Today's Sav of the Day is none other than Conan O'Brien, in honor of the premiere of his new show Conan on TBS. Conan has always been a hilarious person, but he truly proved that he was a sav with his handling of getting fired from the Tonight Show. He took it in stride and just ripped into NBC and Jay Leno in his last few weeks of shows. Conan may not be a conventional sav, but we know he next show will be a good one.. at the very least better than anything George Lopez has ever done.

Kramer Apologizes for Racism...the Audience Laughs

After Kramer drops the N word at a comedy show multiple times, he goes on Letterman to apologize. It doesn't work.

Sav of the Day

Above is the video of one of the Chilean miners, Edison Pena, on the David Letterman show singing Elvis. This guy is a truly heroic sav, whose been through hell but still has a good sense of humor. And he's smart.. he knows that the American audience loves a wacky Spanish guy who can barely speak any English. So he's taking good advantage of his knew found fame. Today, he's running the New York City Marathon, which he had been training for while being stuck in the mine. Good luck Edison, we here at the Nation will be rooting for you.
