A Sav is someone who stands out in his actions that show that he is fearless, ballsy, competent, and in simple terms just an every day Savage. A savage should not have to ask to be a Sav.

Sav of the Day
Brad Stevens
Today's Sav of the Day is Brad Stevens, fittingly so for the day of the National Championship. Stevens has now coached the Butler Bulldoggs out of the Horizon League to back to back National Championship appearances. This is an amazing feat considering last year some people could make the argument that it was a fluke year, and that they had a lottery pick player in Gordan Hayward. But this year led by a bunch of gym rats with Matt Howard leading the pack, looking like hes straight of a scene from Hoosiers, but this years team shows how much a Sav Stevens truly is. He is now the youngest coach to ever go to two final fours, never mind two national championships. The best part is that he decided to sign a contract extension through the 2021 season, proving that he is that good of a coach turning Butler into a national powerhouse, showing you do not have to be in a BCS conference to make the Big Dance and be contenders. And for all you Caliapari lovers, he's a fucking cheater!
